Sterio Entertainments Terms & Conditions

General

The Booking contract is negotiated by Sterio Entertainments ( The Agent ) between the "client and the artist". In this respect,Sterio Entertainments acts as an employment agency, Although we will do our best to make sure that every contract is adhered to,We can not be held liable for the breach of any contract.

Our Service

Our service is free to clients. That means that their is no hidden costs at all this  allows you to receive the same fee from us as you would if you booked the Entertainer direct

Final Balance

The final balance for any function must be payed to Sterio Entertainments 2 weeks prior to the event . fees can be paid by Cheque – Cash – Electronic bank transfer.

Cancellations and cancellation charges
Cancellations by You

If You wish to cancel the Performance You must notify Us as soon as possible using the contact details we provide to you and which you can find here.

If You do cancel a Performance the deposit will not be refunded and You will may be liable for the following proportions of the Fee:

  • 100% of the fee if you cancel 4 weeks or less before the date of the performance
  •   75% of the fee if you cancel 4/16 weeks before the date of the performance
  •   50% of the fee if you cancel 16/32 weeks before the date of the performance
  •   25% of the fee if you cancel 32 or more before the date of the performance
Cancellations by THE BAND/ ENTERTAINER

In the unlikely event of your band/entertainer becoming ill etc. and having to cancel the agreement, Sterio Entertainments will do our best to provide you with a similar act for the same cost as the original band. This band would be roughly the same size and style. If you are still not happy with this, we will offer you a full refund on anything you had paid to close the booking of the band.

Performace Times

Performance times for our bands are between the hours of  (8-12pm with a 30 minute break this will be during the evening buffet) which the band will play a cd for the duration of there break. If for what ever reason If you’re running late and the band can’t access the function room they will do their best to be set up as quickly as possible but are under no obligation to extend their performance time past Midnight.

GENERAL INFORMATION AND TERMS

This section attempts to explain in plain English the way that Sterio Entertainments as a reputable Agency works, and the specific ways in which the Terms of Business of Sterio Entertainments and the Agreements between Artistes and Employers affect those concerned.

CONTRACTS

Contracts may take various forms - verbal, a signed contract, etc., but in ALL cases are legally binding agreements. It is a popular misconception that a contract must include a signature. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.

Sterio Entertainments believes that all Artistes and Employers are entitled to PROPER WRITTEN CONTRACTS for EVERY booking.

When Sterio Entertainments issues a Contract, it will clearly identify the Artiste, the Employer, Venue, the Date of the Engagement, the Arrival, Set-Up, Performance Duration and Performance Times, Fee, method and timing of Payment together with any relevant information.

If you think that any of the information is incorrect or unacceptable in some way, you must inform Sterio Entertainments IMMEDIATELY.
